We are looking for a person who will handle entire 2-3 Branches
Area sales Manager will be handling 2-3 Branches
Responsible for the assigned product:-Affordable Housing loan
and managing the entire allocated area. Also be responsible for managing their base location branch.
Incumbent will be responsible for:
1 Achieving customer acquisition, disbursement, AUM and profitability target for the assigned product
2 Achieving Portfolio Quality and Collections management targets for the assigned product
3 Recruitment, training and development of workforce and attrition management of assigned branch and product being managed.
4 Coordination with other support functions and stake holders to ensure smooth functioning of business in branch.
5 Achieving cross-sell and fee income earning target for his/her business.
6 Administration, up- keep and maintenance of branch premises.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate should be a graduate/post graduate preferably in Affordabale Housing Loan.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: A Banking/NBFC professional with total experience of approximately 6-8 years of which around 3- 4 years in retail lending products in a reputed financial institution.
SPAN OF CONTROL: Experience of managing size of 2-3 branches
