Job Description

Recruit and manage Channel partners to sell IoT and SaaS products
Controlling Channel & Channel Partner Manpower (FOS) attrition
Driving the capability building plan with partners by ensuring timely trainings for various parameters
Assisting the Partners in Large deal Closures by accompanying them for Customer calls
Aggressively prospect generation through Cold calls and ground activations
Effective closure of leads from Tele engine and other modes
Set up processes to monitor and improve CPs performance
Research within the given industry to create call lists
Scheduling meetings/ conference calls for Sales/Business Group
Maintain of a strong contact database with mapping of key decision makers in an account
Support sales and marketing plans, Keeps a track of leads progression.
Publish periodical reports
Sales process enablement, channel account settlement
Audit sales pipeline quality regularly
