Job Description

Participate in discussions with Bidding Team and Customer once a project is identified as a high win probability project
Ensure project is delivered within stipulated timeline and budget undertake value engineering initiatives to improve project financial performance
Lead Weekly Project Reviews and Management Updates & assess Weekly Progress approve and provide inputs to catch-up plan
Regularly monitor & communicate financial performance (costs, revenues, payments, cash flows etc.) & report status to Leadership
Ensure seamless and regular communication with customer to resolve issues/grievances
Manage performance reviews of the team, support capability building and ensure that individual/ team morale is positive
Responsible for overall sub-contractor performance
Ensure smooth project handover to the operations team through periodic meetings/discussions
Ensure documentation of lessons learnt is prepared and shared with the organization
Communicate regularly with customer to take feedback on Project Progress and resolve client issues, if any
Demonstrate the overall project progress as well as highlight key issues/concerns in the weekly/monthly Senior Management meetings
