Hiring for Head EPC- Leading Solar company- Gujarat

Education :- Btech/ BE

Purpose of the Positio n

  1.  To take complete charge to set up EPC & Rooftop Business vertical.
  2. Incumbent shall be responsible for Business Development, Projects, Engineering, operations & maintenance of the EPC & Rooftop Business.
Principle Account abilities:-
  1. * Identify, develop and direct implementation of EPC &Rooftop Business strategy. 
  2. * Responsible for P&L of EPC & Rooftop Business.
  3. * To manage the Government and its agencies to mitigate any business continuity risk
  4. * Plan and direct activities to achieve agreed business targets and standards of Financial Performance, Quality, Culture and Legal Compliances.
  5. * Develop a strong Organisation and Recruit & Develop complete team.
  6. * Maintain and develop Organisational Culture, Values and reputation in the market.
  7. * Benchmark performance norms & explore new business opportunities.
  8. * Get involved in crucial decision making pertaining to EPC & Rooftop Projects.
  9. * Tactfully handle land loopholes issues through concerned teams.
Role & Responsibilities
* Prepare blueprint of the EPC &Rooftop Business plan for management approval.
* Assisting the senior management in managing financial performance of the projects facilities, top as well as bottom line, all statutory and legal compliance and maximizing the returns to the shareholders.
* Developing key systems and procedures (SOPs) leading to optimization of resources and processes.
* Responsible for all operations related to manpower selection, induction, tools, equipment and establishment of plants from land acquisition to finalization of property, feasibility studies, business plan analysis and strategy formulation and SOPs.
* Identifying New Business Opportunities.
* Development and maintenance of relationship with key stakeholders, local and state level officials and central government organizations & agencies and shall be the focal point for implementing the group policies and initiatives towards corporate social responsibilities.
* Involved with all cross functional teams and lead them from the front to achieve timely and cost effective roll out of projects.
