Job Description

1.
Manages service aspects in all food and beverage assigned areas and events.
2.
Manages Private dining rooms, Dining halls, All day dining and food courts to ensure proper
set-up of tables, chairs, linens, table settings, glassware, etc.
3.
Manage and oversee Meeting room F&B services and Pantry operations.
4.
Ensure compliance management as per industry & statutory standards
5.
Liaise with IFM partner to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen and quality menus are designed to augment employee experience.
6.
Conduct monthly kitchen audits, lab test for water & food, inventory, menu planning, reviews and yearly medical examination of F&B staff.
7.
Evaluates and supervises performance of IFM partner and carries out Audits in accordance with SLAs & KPIs
8.
Create and review food committee which results into better employee experience
9.
To adhere all safety, sanitation, food preparation, food storage and hygiene standards.
10.
People, Vendor and Stakeholder management
11.
To organize, manage and oversee in house conferencing / events, food festivals for employees, big events in site premises, etc.
