Job Description

Responsible for meeting budgeted business-wise top line performance and Net Contribution
Responsible for sales forecasting for ensuring smooth market servicing
Responsible for New Product Development for exports
Work with domestic, digital marketing / Product teams for creation of dedicated digital infrastructure for target markets
Assist in creation of POS / marketing collaterals for export markets
Coordination with Supply chain / logistic / finance teams for timely servicing of orders
Assist in development of custom packaging for export markets
Coordination with internal / external stakeholders for clearances (Design agency / legal / R&D / CQA)
Develop thorough understanding of Food & Cosmetic laws applicable to the relevant geographies
Benchmark competition pricing / branding and maintain repository of all data
Assist in development and implementation of overall Exports business plans across markets
Ensure a healthy stock situation with Channel partners and Key customers
Responsible for settlement of distributor/trade/customer claims within specified timeframes
Ensuring a periodic reconciliation of accounts from channel partners / Key customers

Required Candidate profile

Purpose of the Role
Lead and manage sales and business development for trading markets of Europe, South America, China & Far East markets with Complete P&L responsibilities

Criteria for Applying
At least 5 years of FMCG sales Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing export markets
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Modern Trade
