Job Details :

The Business Development Composites is responsible for Lead Identification, Lead Creation, Lead Development, Lead Acquisition and Lead Service for the BU in the composites segment of the market.

At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience defence / aerospace / aviation inventory supervision function mandatory.
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role.
Identifying new sales & services that would appeal to the client and creating new project strategies.
Working with the Domestic & Foreign counterparts to increase the business for composites segment.
Preparation and on time submission of RFIs/ RFPs/ Tenders/ Other technical responses.
Creating sales pitch and executing sales objectives.
Managing client account and negotiating sales contract.
Arranging business meeting and one-on-one conversation with prospective clients.
Finding and following new sales lead and amplifying customer base by maintaining effective relationships.
Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results.
Conducting Market and Competitor analysis on the basis of usage of different types composites in various sectors.
Having latest knowledge regarding market trends and have information of major updates and developments happening in the defence sector. Should also attend networking events, seminars, expositions etc.
